A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I’ve always been drawn to the deep stuff.
Why people rise. Why they shrink.
What keeps smart, capable people stuck in roles they’ve outgrown.
Why we keep performing a version of ourselves that no longer fits.

I come from a long line of strong women. My mom built a business to survive. My sister runs her own brand. And me? I’ve been asking hard questions since I was a kid—about leadership, identity, faith, and all the things that shape how we show up in the world.

But my own story didn’t come from a place of power.
It came from instability.
I was raised by a single mom, moved constantly, experienced homelessness at 13, and spent most of my life trying to be the “good one” in environments that taught me to shrink.

I learned early how to read a room, shape-shift, and make people comfortable.
But deep down, I felt like I was disappearing.

Now, I help others stop disappearing too.

The ones who look like they have it all together, but secretly feel off.
The high-achievers who are burned out from always being strong.
The outsiders who’ve succeeded in spite of not fitting the mold.
The ones who are done performing—and ready to come home to themselves.

My mission is simple:

To help people experience the joy of meeting their most true selves again—
not the edited version, not the strong-for-everyone version,
but the real one.
The one who doesn’t fake confidence,
because they embody it.

The one that embraces the life fully as they were meant to—
and is more powerful in every area because of it.

My approach blends deep insight, real strategy, and the kind of truth-telling that wakes people up—in the best way.
It’s not about fixing anyone. It’s about helping them remember who they are beneath all the noise.

I’m a certified coach, speaker, and someone who doesn’t do surface-level anything.
I work with people who are ready to get honest, get clear, and build unshakable confidence—not the kind you perform, but the kind you live from.

If that’s you, welcome!
You don’t have to keep earning your worth.
You just have to stop abandoning who you are.

That’s the work.
And it’s the most powerful work I know.
