Sound familiar?
-
You know what you want to say, but somehow it never comes out right.
-
You have great ideas, but speaking up makes you nervous.
-
You're tired of second-guessing everything you say.
-
You want to put yourself out there, but worrying about what people think keeps stopping you.
-
You're good at what you do, but getting others on the same page isn't always easy.
-
You feel like you're constantly repeating yourself, but somehow your message still isn't getting through.
You don't need a whole new personality.
You might just need a different way of seeing yourself—and a little help finding your words.
I help people:
-
Find their voice and feel confident using it.
-
Stop second-guessing themselves and start speaking up.
-
Communicate their ideas in ways people actually understand.
-
Feel more comfortable putting themselves out there, whether at work, in everyday life, or online.
-
Recognize the habits, fears, and assumptions that keep them from being heard.
-
Become better communicators and more effective leaders.
It's about more than finding the right words.
Sometimes what's holding us back isn't what we say. It's what we believe about ourselves, how we think others see us, or the habits we've developed along the way.
That's where we dig a little deeper. And then we turn what we discover into real changes in how you communicate, connect, and show up.
What I do...
Hi I'm Tiffany
I've always been fascinated by people. Why do some people speak their minds while others hold back? Why do we worry so much about what people think? And why is it sometimes so hard to get others to understand what we're trying to say? I've been asking questions like these for as long as I can remember. While other kids were reading stories, I was reading books about leadership and personal development. For fun. (Yes, really.) But mostly, I was watching people. How they communicate. How they lead. How they try to fit in. And how easily they can lose their own voice along the way. That curiosity is a big part of why I do what I do today. I love helping people figure out what's getting in their way, whether that's the fear of speaking up, struggling to get their point across, or wanting to put themselves out there but not knowing where to start. Because I believe everyone has something worth saying. And learning how to say it can change a lot.

What Would Change If You Stopped Holding Back?
Maybe you've convinced yourself you're just not good at speaking up. Maybe you've got something important to say, but you keep waiting until you feel more confident. Or maybe you're a leader who's frustrated because no matter how many times you explain something, people still aren't getting it. What if the answer isn't simply trying harder? Sometimes we don't realize how much our fears, assumptions, and habits influence the way we communicate. We hold back because we're afraid of being judged. We avoid difficult conversations because we don't want conflict. We assume people understand what we mean, then wonder why they don't. And sometimes we're so focused on getting our point across that we forget to listen. But here's the good news: These are things we can work on. You can learn to speak up without second-guessing every word. You can get better at communicating your ideas, navigating difficult conversations, and connecting with the people around you. And you don't have to change who you are to do it.
Ways We Can Work Together

What Others Are Saying...
Abbie Neuenschwander, CO
Tiffany has helped me utilize the Enneagram with my team for the last two years. In that time, I have experienced an increase in vulnerability, communication, empathy and understanding among my group of managers. This not only increases the team's morale and productivity, but trickles down to the employees that they lead as well. Tiffany's depth of knowledge and unique perspective on the Enneagram, both for individuals and for teams, is unmatched. Working with her has made me a more self-aware leader, wife and mother.

I have been part of a Mastery group meeting weekly for around two years where Tiffany has contributed greatly to others successes. She is passionate about listening and understanding the smallest nuances of what people are currently experiencing. Having a lot of personal practice and doing the work herself has garnered her many different coaching tools to share which have practical applications to every day life. Being intuitive and kind are only a few attributes Tiffany exhibits in her desire to assist others in their personal journeys. I was blessed to be a part of an 11 week program she presented to the group on Enneagrams. Her presentation style and thorough understanding of the nine personality types, wings and all the accompanying information shed light to all of us about deeply connecting with ourselves and others. I finally had some of the clues to why I react and respond to life's success in good times and challenges in certain ways when I am in stressful situations. It has had a lasting affect on how I understand myself as well as helped me to comprehend how important people with whom I surround myself react in certain situations. Diving deeply within the presentation we all really grasp the importance of the knowledge she so expertly shared in an edible manner so that the impact for our daily lives was immediate. Tiffany has so much to offer those open to their own personal growth with her guidance.
